Passive enrollment renewal notices are generated within the shopping and enrollment platform for consumers who had their 2024 coverage successfully passively renewed into 2025 and for consumers who failed to have their 2024 coverage passively renewed into 2025. The consumer can view these notices from their Inbox in GetInsured (GI). These notices are not mailed.

Notice content includes:

• Whether renewal enrollment was successful or not.
• If applicable, reason for renewal enrollment failure.
• Open enrollment dates and deadlines.
• A list of all renewed or not renewed family members.
• Specifics of the 2025 renewed coverage, including plan name and monthly advance premium tax credit amount.
