Navigator Tip of the Week: New Voice at the ARC and contacting the ARC

Welcome Anita!

My name is Anita. Prior to becoming a member of the ARC team, I was a CAC for about 11 1/2 years, followed by the role as a navigator for the last 3 1/2 years. I'm a major foodie and have exceptional cooking skills. Many people assume that my enthusiasm lies in the act of cooking, but, in reality, it is the final product that I love. I am excited to work here and look forward to working with all of you!

Contacting the ARC

When contacting the ARC regarding an enrollment in a qualified health plan (QHP), please clarify whether the consumer is looking for coverage for the remainder of 2024 or for coverage that begins in 2025.

When contacting the ARC regarding a password reset, it is essential to specify whether the request pertains to a consumer's account or your own Assister Portal account. 

  • If the request is for a consumer's account, the consumer must be present. 
  • To reset your account for the purpose of reporting Life Event Changes or submitting ACRe requests, please send an email to the ARC at navigators@mnsure.org.

Please keep in mind that during the Unwind, many renewal cases were re-entered, and those newly re-entered cases are classified as paper applications. QHP enrollments on these cases would need to be completed manually on the consumer’s behalf (via phone).
