Navigator Payment Update for Manual Need to Renew (NTR) Cases

If a household has at least one member who was eligible for a QHP in 2024, but now has eligibility within the public program threshold, they will receive a notice that they must contact DHS directly to complete a phone renewal to determine next year’s eligibility. This case is considered a “need to renew” case and a navigator assisting the household with the renewal may be eligible for per enrollee payment. In order to receive payment for the case, navigators MUST complete an online Case Association form. Select the option for “Submitting a renewal form for a consumer in “Need to Renew” status.”
