If you receive an error message in the income section of the online application, try clearing ALL pre-populated income sources, even if some are correct and re-entering the household's income.
If a consumer had a paper application in the past and needs to reapply, they can create an online account and apply as long as they have no other active application. They are not required to apply via a paper application permanently.
