Tips for 2025 Open Enrollment

  • Calling the ARC: The busiest times to call the Broker Service Line and ARC tend to be during lunch hours. The best times to call tend to be early in the morning or later in the day. 
  • Broker Service Line and ARC phone lines and email: These are for certified assisters only. Assisters should not share the Broker Service Line and ARC phone number or email address with clients. 
  • Enrollment status: The Broker Service Line and ARC team’s view of enrollment status is the same that assisters will see after completing an online enrollment and is accessible in the consumer online account. Please do not call to check the status of an enrollment if it can be seen in the consumer’s account. Enrollment status check instructions are available on MNsure.org.
  • Coverage changes: Instructions for enrolling, renewing, changing and ending coverage during open enrollment can be found in Shop and Enroll in the Helping Consumers section on Assister Central.
