The ARC has received numerous inquiries from assisters attempting to enroll consumers eligible for a public program for 2025. In order for a consumer to enroll during the 2025 open enrollment period, they must qualify for a qualified health plan (QHP).

If a consumer submitted a paper application or if their case was re-entered during the Unwind process, they may not have an online account. To enroll in a QHP, they can use MNsure’s Shop & Compare Tool to find a plan that suits their needs and then call to manually enroll in a QHP.
