As a reminder, when calling the ARC, they can only speak to one assister per call. Also, they cannot speak to any assister-in-training (not yet certified). This is documented in the /assister-central/navigator-one-stop/policy-procedures/arc-service-line-policy.jspAssister Resource Center Service Policy. This policy is helpful to understand what the ARC can do on phone calls.
Please help us help you: Try to minimize background noise from phone calls whenever possible. Recently there have been issues where it has been difficult to communicate due to noise. If the ARC is not able to communicate with you, they may ask that you call back.
