Navigator Tip of the Week: Online Account Tips

Resolving access issues with online accounts:

Assister’s personal account: This is the account that an assister would use to submit their personal application. Assisters should contact the MNsure Contact Center (1-855-366-7873) for assistance with resolving issues with these accounts.

Assister’s account for reporting Life Event Changes and/or submitting manual account requests: Assisters should use the self-service password reset to their account. If an assister needs to change their email address or if if self-service does not work, please email navigators@mnsure.org.

Assister’s Assister Portal account: Username and password resets can be completed on the ARC phone line or via email.
