The ARC has seen a significant increase in emails from consumers. This group of representatives is committed to assisting MNsure-certified navigators and certified application counselors (CACs). It is crucial that assisters refrain from sharing the ARC’s dedicated phone numbers and email address with consumers. All calls and emails from consumers to the ARC will be redirected to the MNsure Contact Center.
