MinnesotaCare DACA: Individuals applying for coverage who possess Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status and fall within the projected annual income limit for MinnesotaCare are required to apply using a paper application. 

If a DACA recipient is over income limits for MinnesotaCare, an online application can be completed. In these cases, contact the ARC with the consumer to report the DACA status as a life event so an eligibility determination can be made. It is important to remember that DACA status alone does not make someone eligible for a special enrollment period (SEP).
