Please do not send verifications for special enrollment periods (SEP) or life event changes (LEC) to the ARC by email, as these cannot be processed through this method. Instead, please use the designated upload channels for these submissions. The links below must be used for uploading specified verification documents.
Emails sent from the ARC about LEC follow-up, tech issues and enrollment escalations should not be replied to (the email subject includes “Do Not Reply”), as the ARC cannot make changes or update these issues by email. Please call the ARC with follow-up questions about these emails.
