All assisters must complete recertification before the start of open enrollment, including individuals who completed certification prior to July 23.
On August 6, emails were sent to all certified brokers, navigators and certified application counselors (CACs) containing detailed instructions for completing recertification. If you did not receive this email, please check your junk folder before reaching out to brokers@state.mn.us or navigators@state.mn.us for help. The deadline to complete recertification training is Thursday, October 16, 2025. Failure to do so will result in the suspension of your certification status.
When you log into the MNsure Learning Center, you will see several courses in your learning path, but only the following course, which consists of three components and one assessment, is mandatory for recertification:
After MNsure has confirmed your training completion, you will receive an email confirmation of your recertification. Please remember that your current certification remains valid until October 16.
