Temporary Hold on Processing Verification Documents

A technical issue has been identified impacting verifications uploaded using MNsure’s online tool. Since Tuesday, August 12, uploaded documents have not been visible to MNsure staff, including Assister Resource Center and Broker Service Line representatives.

You may receive a confirmation of a successful upload, but MNsure is currently unable to view the documents. For consumers applying for a special enrollment period, we cannot open shopping for the consumer. We are working with MNIT to fix the issue, but there may not be a resolution until early next week.

We do not anticipate that documents will need to be resubmitted. Assisters can continue to upload documents but be aware MNsure staff cannot view documents or open shopping at this time. We will provide an update as soon as we are able to resume processing verifications. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience!
