A missing notification tab within a consumer’s MNsure account is the result of applying through one account and then submitting a new application from a different account. If your consumer has an active application the ARC can submit a tech ticket to request a fix for the missing notification tab. If your consumer has no active application, we recommend looking into the possibility of duplicate accounts before submitting a new application by calling the ARC with the consumer. If the consumer has multiple accounts, log into the accounts and submit the new application using the account with the existing notification tab.
