Upcoming Holidays and Early Closures of Phone Lines

• All MNsure offices closed for state holidays: December 25 and January 1
• The ARC, Broker Service Line and MNsure Contact Center will be closing at 1 p.m. on December 24.

Upcoming Extended Hours for the January 15 Deadline

Assister Resource Center (ARC) and Broker Service Line will be open the following extended hours in January to help assisters through the January 15 open enrollment deadline.

Assister Resource Center extended extended hours:

• Saturday, January 10: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• January 12, 14 and 15: 8:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• January 13: 9:30 – 7 p.m.

Broker Service Line extended hours:

• Saturday, January 10: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• January 12, 13 and 15: 8:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
