Application Process: Broker Line Procedure

Broker Team is able to help with technical issues and questions about required fields. Broker Team is unable to assist with specific questions relating to the completion of the application.

Key points:

  • Contact by phone or email.
  • Technical issues with the application. Please submit screen shots of the error message to brokers@mnsure.org.
  • The Broker team is able to help with questions about the required information needed to complete an application.
  • Broker/SHOP is unable to advise on what income amounts to enter on the application. If you have questions about income, review the tip sheet Household Composition Rules.
