Starting Monday, May 1, the Assister Resource Center will no longer be emailing copies of renewal notices to assisters. This was a temporary process to assist with the renewal process during the busy open enrollment period. Typically, renewal notices can be found when the consumer logs into their online account and clicks on the ‘notifications’ tab. The consumer can also contact the appropriate processing agency (i.e. county for Medical Assistance and DHS for MinnesotaCare).
