To reduce unintentional data entry errors when SSNs are entered on an application, an additional field titled, “Re-Enter Social Security Number” is being added to the application process for clients along with a page entitled, “SSN Confirmation”. 

Beginning Monday, January 13, when completing an online application, the SSN must be determined valid by the system, the SSN field and Re-Enter SSN fields must match and the SSN cannot be used for more than one member on an application.
