The MinnesotaCare premium invoices mailed July 18 for September coverage included a notice insert that explains that the special rules in place during the COVID-19 emergency have ended and that MinnesotaCare invoices will stop until next year because premiums are waived. DHS will send MinnesotaCare premium invoices again for July 2024 coverage.
Enrollees who have questions about their MinnesotaCare premiums may call DHS Health Care Consumer Support at 651-297-3862 or 800-657-3672.
