MinnesotaCare and Medical Assistance enrollees in the November, January and February renewal cohorts who have yet to complete the renewal process will see their coverage closed January 31, 2024. DHS will begin sending /assets/HP-Disenrollment-Notice-2024_tcm34-608587.pdfHealth Plan Disenrollment Notices to these enrollees during the next few days. Because the deadline for multiple cohorts converge this month, we expect more closures than previous renewal months. We are bringing this to your attention as you will likely see an increase in enrollee questions due to this notice in the coming weeks. 

A few things to keep in mind:

• Enrollees who receive a Health Plan Disenrollment Notice who have not submitted their renewal form should do so as soon as possible. 
• Enrollees who have submitted their renewal will receive a Health Care Notice or request for additional information once their renewal is processed.
