What to expect from your participation:

• Opening plenary
• Panel discussions exploring insights and learnings from statewide efforts to maintain health care coverage for all Minnesotans, especially those who experience health disparities. Topics may include lessons learned during the unwind/resumption of health care renewals and highlighting collaborative partnerships between state and local partners centered on health equity.
• Facilitated dialogue centered on building shared vision and commitment to advancing health equity within the Minnesota Health Care Programs.
• Keeping communities most impacted by health inequities at the center of our discussions.
• Breakfast, lunch and afternoon refreshments will be provided for the in-person session.

• Centering community voices and community-led solutions
• Building connections and fostering true partnership
• Consensus building
• Creating a call to action for ongoing engagement to determine health equity priorities and needed system changes.
