Your account is locked for safety

For help, first try this self-service page. You will be required to:

  • Answer your security questions correctly online.
  • Change your password on the self-service page.

If you are unable to unlock your account and you need further assistance, call our Contact Center. Be prepared to identify yourself by confirming your personal information. If you are a state or county employee, you will need to contact your security liaison or your supervisor to unlock your account.
