Anna Guler is the committee chair. She resides in the southern Twin Cities metro area and receives her health insurance through her large employer. Anna works as the regulatory, legal and compliance coordinator for Financial Recovery Services and has a JD from the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
Melissa (Milly) Stanton is the committee vice-chair. She resides in Greater Minnesota and receives her health insurance through her small employer. She is a MNsure-certified navigator for Health Access MN.
Lana Barskiy resides in the Twin Cities and receives her health insurance through her large employer. She is the founder, president and CEO of Metropolitan Community Services.
Dick Click lives in the Twin Cities and purchases his own health insurance. He is the owner of the Richard Frank Click Agency and represents seven health insurance companies and products.
Cheryl Scheer lives in the Twin Cities and purchases her health insurance through MNsure. She brings her experience as an early retiree purchasing health insurance on the individual market to the committee.
Jon Vagel resides in Greater Minnesota and received his health insurance from his large employer. He is an insurance agent with Farm Bureau Financial Services with over twenty years' experience in the insurance and investment industry.
