Joe Vitullo

Joe Vitullo is MNsure’s Business Solutions Officer. Vitullo joined MNsure October 2024.

Prior to joining MNsure, he held multiple leadership positions and consulting roles in the healthcare and technology industry.

He has brought a wealth of experience from multiple sectors—including private, corporate, and public—in project and program management, technology operations, governance, and process improvement.

Vitullo earned a bachelor’s degree at St. Joseph’s University in Management Information Systems with a minor in Music Composition.
