System Update

Tried to enroll during our system upgrade? We’ll review your situation and work to ensure you get the coverage you’re eligible for.

All of the following must be true:

• You wanted to apply and enroll in a qualified health plan while the MNsure system was offline for a scheduled upgrade.
• You are eligible to enroll in a qualified health plan as of June 26, 2026 (or later).
• You have a qualifying life event that lets you enroll or change plans. Your shopping window is still open, or it closed while the MNsure system was offline.

To see if you qualify: Call MNsure at 651-539-2099 (855-366-7873 outside the Twin Cities) by July 31, 2026.

Key Dates

• SEP begins: July 1, 2026
• When you can enroll: Any time between July 1 – July 31, 2026, after we verify that you qualify
• When your coverage starts: July 1, 2026
• Deadline to contact us: July 31, 2026
