MNsure Marketplace Scheduled Maintenance
To enroll in health insurance outside of open enrollment, you'll need to qualify for a special enrollment period or for Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare.
Find every medical plan available to you on MNsure and see comparisons on total estimated cost—not just premiums or deductibles. You can also get an idea of whether you qualify to get financial help.
Compare up to three dental plans at a time to see your options before applying. (You will not see potential financial help subtracted from these plan costs until you create an account and apply.)
Learn about the plans offered on MNsure including essential health benefits, consumer protections and plan types and networks.
Most Minnesotans qualify for financial help. You may qualify for tax credits, cost-sharing reductions, or for no-cost or low-cost coverage under Medical Assistance (MA or Medicaid) or MinnesotaCare.
Picking the plan with the lowest premium may not be the best choice. Depending on your health care needs, it may end up costing you more. Things to consider as you shop for a plan.
Those who buy health insurance on the individual market and do not currently receive advanced premium tax credits qualify for the premium subsidy.
