FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ST. PAUL, Minn.—MNsure navigator JustUs Health will be on hand to offer information about MNsure and schedule appointments for attendees looking for health insurance at the Transforming Families Picnic on Saturday, May 19.

"We are excited to be a part of the Transforming Families’ MN Day of the Transgender Child Picnic,” said Joann Usher, Vice President of External Relations of the JustUs Health. “It’s such an inspiring thing to see families that uplift trans and gender expansive kids, and fight for a better world for us all.”

In April 2018, Rainbow Health Initiative and Minnesota AIDS Project merged to become JustUs Health. The organization envisions a Minnesota where people from diverse gender, sexual, and cultural communities experience health and wellness in powerfully inclusive environments.

"Minnesota AIDS Project has been a wonderful MNsure grantee and partner for a number of years," said MNsure Acting CEO Nate Clark, “JustUs Health has continued to do the crucial work of helping the LGBTQ community secure health care coverage.”
