ST. PAUL, Minn.—MNsure grantee, Portico Healthnet, will be at the Women's Health Fair this coming Tuesday, May 21 at the International Institute of Minnesota. They will be offering free screenings for health care coverage eligibility and can set up appointments for individuals looking for enrollment assistance. 

"Our navigator partners are constantly working to bring health care education and awareness to hard-to-reach communities around the state," said MNsure CEO Nate Clark. "With their hard work, thousands of Minnesotans have accessed coverage through MNsure."

Since their founding in 1995, Portico Healthnet has helped over 50,000 low-income, uninsured children, families, and adults overcome barriers to accessing quality health care coverage and services. Today, they continue their history of innovative solutions and lead the way in culturally competent outreach, enrollment, health literacy, and health system navigation services.

"Portico is committed to helping new Americans access health coverage and care. The U.S. health care system can be complicated and we can help people navigate through it," said Meghan Kimmel, Portico Healthnet president.
