ST. PAUL, Minn.-MNsure staff, along with MNsure-certified brokers and navigators, will be available to talk with fairgoers about the benefits of MNsure at the Minnesota State Fair, August 21 - September 1. MNsure joins other health-focused organizations in the Health Fair 11 building at the southwest corner of Dan Patch Avenue and Cooper Street.

"The State Fair offers a unique opportunity to meet Minnesotans from all over the state," said MNsure CEO Scott Leitz. "We are looking forward to talking with fairgoers about their health insurance needs and how MNsure offers comprehensive and affordable coverage for individuals, families and small businesses."

Fairgoers are encouraged to visit the MNsure booth to learn about MNsure, the state's health insurance marketplace. On-site enrollment and eligibility screenings will be available for consumers who are eligible for a special enrollment period, MinnesotaCare or Medical Assistance, members of federally recognized Indian tribes, and participants in the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP). Future appointments can also be made with navigators and brokers.

Since the launch of MNsure, 292,437 Minnesotans have enrolled in quality, affordable coverage through MNsure. 175,099 are enrolled in Medical Assistance, 63,761 in MinnesotaCare and 53,577 in a qualified health plan.
